I do not offer refunds, however I am happy for you to make changes to your appointment up to 24 hours in advance (i.e. rescheduling to a future date). Your attendance to a session is not a substitute for consulting a GP medical care provider. If you have any pre-existing medical or mental health conditions I advise you to speak with a physician.
