About Me

I was introduced to breathwork by my wonderful brother-in-law, Josh, whilst I was in my early 20’s and new to the world of meditation.
I had been finding meditation difficult; sitting still and quieting the mind was not quite yet a forte of mine. My thoughts would come in like foghorns, I’d become irritated and couldn’t stop fidgeting.
Frustrated, I’d give up halfway through and then punish myself with critical self-talk about how I couldn’t “just be” with myself. That’s when my brother-in-law swooped in with his intuition. Feeling that a session would benefit me, he offered to guide me through a session.
I went in with zero expectations, I hadn’t even heard of breathwork before. I got comfy, followed Josh’s guidance and after moving through the initial discomfort that comes with the practice, I fell into the beautiful abyss of the breath.
Since that day, I have continued to return to the breath as an anchor. The sweet, juicy benefits of the breath overflow into all areas of my life, and I can now “just be” with myself, even in other meditations/practices. The practice leads me back to my own inner wisdom, guidance and intuition, helping to clear my emotional cache of any debris.
A couple of years after my first ever breathwork session, I decided to train with David Elliot to become a facilitator, so that I could share this magic with others and help guide them back to themselves, beneath all of their self-limiting beliefs/programs. I fully believe that these identities we hold about ourselves were instilled upon us throughout our childhood and adolescence years, for it is during these years that we are the most vulnerable, impressionable and less rational. However, we have the power to unravel it all , and re-connect with who we truly are.
As well as being a breathwork facilitator, I’m a fiery, big-hearted, adventurous soul. I came into this life with a real affinity for animals. I’ve spent time travelling to various countries, volunteering and working in South Africa, getting up close and personal with some of this planet's most majestic creatures.
