
Breathwork Sessions
Our breath is one of the most accessible tools, yet many of us aren’t aware of just how powerful it can be. When used consciously and with intention, the breath helps us to sink deeper into the body, helping us to become unstuck from any old self-limiting patterns and beliefs, fears and stress.
The breath helps us to feel lighter, whole and more connected to our own innate being. It is the wisdom that moves us beyond all layers and restrictions of the ego.
One particular reaction I’ve had from many clients after a session is a look of wonder and amazement, along with the words “What WAS that?!”. I simply smile, feeling the magic that just took place and I respond, “Just the breath!”. This reaction I’ve experienced from clients is the same reaction I had when I was first introduced to the practice...
My mind was absolutely blown, and I couldn’t believe how much healing and deep inner peace surged through my body and I knew that this was something I wanted to share with others, so they too, could feel the same liberation within themselves.
